Kuliner Indonesia - Sate Maranggi

Sate Maranggi is sate typical Purwakarta, West Java. usually made of goat meat or beef. Yet others hold that the sate maranggi comes from Cianjur.

Sate maranggi peddlers can be found in almost every corner of Purwakarta, partly sell in a way around. What sate maranggi distinguished with other Satay is made from soy sauce marinade which has a sweet flavour, blend sour, and spicy touch tongue then enjoy the Satay marinated typical. The tempting taste. is spicy Satay maranggi appeared because made of soy sauce, green chili sauce plus a little vinegar lahang (vinegar made from sugar cane). When served, it is equipped with a soy sauce seasoning sliced red onions and fresh tomato.

Sate maranggi usually served with sticky rice roasted or rice lead.
